We hope you all had a wonderful Easter and that you were able to spend some time remembering that our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ gave his life for you and then rose from the dead to conquer sin and death so we are able to be with Him in Heaven someday. We had a great Easter day with friends (thanks Martins for including us in your family for one day!). We also got a chance to dye Easter eggs with Cody, Cali, and Kirby. The big boys had a great time eating candy and coloring eggs.

Tyler got pretty good with the little egg spoon thing that came in the dye box. There were, amazingly enough, NO messes made!
Weston observed from his bumbo chair. And he took some time to play with his favorite toy, the very hungry caterpillar.

On Saturday the boys and I went to the Easter Eggstravaganza at the First Christian church. There were live bunnies to pet, games, an egg hunt, cookie decorating and much more to entertain Tyler. Tom, Jo, and Sarah also showed up and we all had a great time. Tyler was particularly fond of the bunnies. They were mini Rex's and they were so soft!
Tyler got a bunny painted on his cheek and his hand. He was careful not to wash them off all day and when he woke up the next morning, there was a bunny no his pillow. Should have washed that one off before bed.

Sarah really liked her cookie. And this wasn't even the worst of the mess. Unfortunately my camera ran out of battery before she was completely done:-(
